For Honor? Can't really say much about it as I've never played it though. Dark Souls has some pvp dueling.Comment

There's a new Samurai Shodown coming out soon. There's a game called Deadliest Warrior, which is a 3D fighting game based on a TV series, in which you can fight as various types of historical warriors from different parts of the world (e.g Viking, Samurai, Shaolin Monk, an English Knight, Pirate, a Rajput fighter, dude from the Roman Colloseum, Apache fighter etc).
Aside from conventional fighting games like that, it's hard to think of sword to sword ones. There are a lot of games based on Dynasty Warriors which involve sword to sword combat, but they aren't very deep mechanically (such as Dynasty Warriors itself or Arslan Senki: Warriors of Legend).
