Scenario 1: Giving it to Burter due to his superior speed, he may have trouble taking down Recoome at equal power levels but I'll still give it to Burter. If there was more on Ginyu then I might go for him. Scenario 2: Giving it to Ginyu, he can use his body change with whoever was winning.

Does no one remember him switching to a 90,000-level body and only getting 23,000 out of it? He needs time to adjust and he won't have that.

Otherwise, since this is equal power levels then I think Ginyu would be the winner. Scenario 2: It's either Guldo or Ginyu. I think both have an equal chance of winning.
