¿?

Zarbon wants to be a member of the Ginyu force, but he has to do a challenge first : defeat the Weakest Member of the Team, Guldo.
Guldo is allowed to use all his techniques and abilities.
Zarbon can transform only if needed.

if Guldo dies too easy, make it Dodoria or Cui the one who wants to be in the Ginyu Force.

Zarbon and Dodoria would both beat Guldo in my opinion. But Cui would stand no chance.

Guldo's Time Freeze is ineffective except for defencive purposes. We also don't know enough about his paralysis arts to determine if he could subdue Freeza's elite bodyguards; even if he did, how does damage them? I'm leaning towards Zarbon unless Guldo is able to accomplish some kind of offensive here.

It's hard for me to say. On one hand, Guldo was having trouble keeping up with the likes of Gohan and Krillin and was basically kept them at bay thanks to his powers.

At the same time, these same powers even made Vegeta worried and made it a note to the others that they should be careful because of it. Plus he ended up killin Guldo because he found a window of opportunity. So for what its worth, even Vegeta was wary of Guldo and his abilities.
