Cooler vs Freeza (True Form); Cooler is not allowed to use Fifth Form, who wins?

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	as description says, Fifth Form isn't allowed for Cooler, so this would be a harder fight for him. Both Cold Brothers want to be King of the Universe, so it is going to be decided in a fight. obviously Namek-Arc Freeza Scenario 1: to the death Scenario 2: Not Killing.

What Browser do you use? Google Chrome	Frieza wins in both scenarios if Cooler isn't allowed to transform. Cooler stated that Frieza had the edge in power before he discovered he could transform.

This form of cooler fought a much much more powerful Goku (Zenkai from Namek, Trained in Yardrat, Trained a bit in peace and got another Zenkai when Cooler nearly killed him with an Eye beam). Cooler even stated he could see how Goku could have defeated frieza with the initial power Goku was showing. Cooler wins this, he presumably has more experience and conducts himself better than Frieza. He's also a bit stronger

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Freeza would win. I like to think Coola is the weakest, ignoring his 5th form. King Cold is the middle strongest if you will, and Freeza is the strongest.
