Baby is more intelligent by far, but Pure Boo has the unpredictability on his side. I think this is a toss-up, though maybe Pure Boo can win because he learns attacks by watching it once. I really don't know, flip a coin.

He was never seen to regenerate at all when he was any other form. As for this fight I'm giving it to Kid Buu due to his regeneration.
