Can "pushing the rewind button" be considered a self-fulfilling prophecy?
Ex: pushing life's/the world's reset/rewind button.

Or is that more of a paradox territory?

No, they're completely different things. A self-fulfilling prophecy is something you and I do actively because we aren't perfect. We believe something to be true so much that we enable it to be true ie Steve thinks he's retarded so he actually becomes retarded

Spoiler: click to toggle

If the universe has a single timeline, traveling into the past or hitting a rewind button would cause paradoxes.

If there is such a thing as time travel, there is two logical ways it exists:

Option A: The timeline is immutable and nothing you can do will change history.

Option B: The timeline is mutable and simply BEING there changes EVERYTHING about the history.
A Shadow is merely Darkness in the presence of Light

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

This is a perfect answer. Unless we had some sort of a multiverse, which cannot be proven, this would be paradoxical.
