Saiyan Saga: Vegeta stomps Namek Saga: Piccolo stomps before Vegeta's last Zenkai. Then Vegeta stomps. Mecha Freeza/Trunks saga: Would probably be the closest. Android Saga: Vegeta stomps. Cell Saga: Piccolo post-Kami fusion stomps. Cell Games: Vegeta stomps Boo Saga: Vegeta stomps. Edited by Slifer, Aug 16 2016, 09:29 PM.

If DBS wasn't all about Goku and Vegeta, I could see it happen but that isn't the case.

Not to mention that by the time that the Cell arc rolls around, Piccolo is no match for Vegeta.
