Videl might be stronger than her father, but Man-Wolf was a self-described master of kenpo.

Even if you ignore Chi-Chi's official battle power of 130 (which is admittedly pretty out there), she's still strong enough to qualify for the Tenka'ichi Budokai when the competition was at it's finest. Heck, Muten Roshi of all people compliments her for being "quite the master", whereas he made Man-wolf look like a joke three years prior. I bet Chi-Chi could take him out in one shot. A better match-up would be Videl vs Man-wolf alone. The two are probably of comparable ability overall. Man-wolf's probably got a bit of a physical advantage, though Videl would be a bit faster and a bit more maneuverable, especially of you factor her flying skills. I'd say it's a close match, but that Videl's skills would let her overcome Man-wolf's strength.
