How would kioken work with someone like mys gohan?

How would kioken work with someone like mys gohan?; Since he not useding ssj wouldnt this be possible?

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Kaioken is an amplification technique, unlike Super Saiyan, so in theory it should work in conjunction with the Mystic power up. Like Hit mentioned, though, you have to have the discipline and precision necessary for it. Not everyone has those qualities. Could Gohan harness it? Possibly, he's not exactly a slouch if his mental sparring session with an equally powerful Krillin was anything to go by. It would have been the perfect means for allowing him to challenge Buutenks in spite of the power discrepancy, effectively replacing SSJ as his primary means of increasing power. Unfortunately, Toriyama seems to have forgotten all about the Kaioken after the Freeza arc. I've always held the belief that humans could break into the Super Saiyan barrier if they were given the Mystic form and Kaioken. Introducing them to Potara would only heighten their chances further of keeping up until maybe the Buu arc.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fullmetal Alchemist, Assassination Classroom, Deadman Wonderland	Super Saiyan already puts strain on the person's body, and Kaioken itself is multitudes worse than Super Saiyan when it comes to strain. From what I gather, mystic is all of your hidden ki reserves brought forth, so it eliminates the need to use transformations (that have flaws) in order to access these hidden reserves. So I don't imagine that it would be much different than using it in your natural form. The problem is that the only person that knows it is Goku, who doesn't have the mystic form.
