In that topic I was more open to the possibility of their being a 'higher power', although not necessarily one from established religions. Not sure what changed. I think I've just become a lot more apathetic towards the issue.

Favourite Manga dat boi	It could have to do with where you live and how religion affects your life. For me, religion is important because it has a negative impact on my life. My entire family is very conservative and religious, as are most of the people where I'm from. That can really make you care about religion (or care about fighting against it, at least). If your family isn't religious and you aren't surrounded by bible-thumpers on a daily basis, I can see how it could be easy to forget about, but that isn't the reality of my life. It does get awkward at my father's Christmas dinner when I am sitting quietly and not praying. Or when my dad relentlessly tells me I'm "going to burn". Or just when my co-workers talk about it and I have to dodge questions. I have accidentally made everyone religious around me either be quiet about it or become atheists. My mom used to pray every night, not anymore. She started crying after a few days of me really challenging her beliefs, so, I felt horrible and ever since, we just respect that boundary. Even in the lowest of blows toward each other we don't touch religion.

I'm in the same boat as Clank where I honestly don't think about it until someone else brings it up.
