I owe my atheism to the intellectuals behind many of the arguments that happened here as I grew up. I realize now I was probably an atheist around 06 or 07. I never participated in many of the debates, I'd watch though. And as I grew up, I started asking my own questions.

It's not that I don't exercise the possibility of something beyond the physical universe, it's just that I don't believe any human-interpreted representations of Gods of any kind; and the reason why I'm an anti-theist is because I believe that claiming something as absolute truth without question (anything at all) does more harm than good. So I am an atheist, but I'm not completely closed off to the possibility of there being something beyond scientific comprehension, because as a person who believes in science, you have to be open to any possibility... and question anything that claims that it is absolute truth, even scientific theories.

I'm not particularly orthodox or hardcore if you will. But I do live my life partially according to my religion. I do believe in a god, and I do believe that he is the reason for what happens in my life.
	Soldiers! Don't give yourselves to brutes, men who despise you and enslave you; who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think and what to feel! Who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder! Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines!
