Like we know goku is stronger then vegito but vegito just seem so much more brutal. Even then the power up effects seem better in dbz in my opinion. Like I would take vegito going ssj over goku turning ssj blue. Do you guy's think its a budget?

I guess it depends on some of the animation. The attacks don't look nearly as lethal as they did in dbz. imo lol tbh xD

Gender Neutral, meaning I don't want to be specified to either gender. If you keep calling me by gender terms, I'm just going to call you an "it". That's all.

Because Dragon Ball Z is more brutal. Violence and gore has been toned down quite a bit, and the overall tone has been made more lighthearted.

The lack of blood might be one. There's also the fact that there hasn't been a fight as brutal as say, SSJ Goku vs Frieza or Majin Vegeta vs Goku. I mean the closest we got is Goku getting pierced through the chest (twice), but not really something that would have you on the edge of your seat.

Like I haven't seen one fight good as piccolo vs 17. That stomach punch and counters was really good. And the power UP's are so much better. DB's they always so silly about everything. And I don't like how beers and whis always around goku and vegeta. Because that make every enemy threat taking lightly.

Different regulatory standards. I imagine the degree of censorship and demographics of viewership changed over the course of two decades which was the last time the original DBZ was airing new content. Plus this doesn't seem like a long term investment project that they're trying to test the creative boundaries of. Super is effectively a hastily thrown together cash grabbing series that's riding off the momentum created by BoG and RoF. Its shelf life is only good for however long the ratings stay up.

since we have no evidence, we dont really know if goku is stronger than vegito.
personally i think vegito is equal or stronger than ssb.
i mean, vegito is not a technique or dance. it is a being created with an item from the gods. it fused the strongest warriors in the universe (not including gohan) to make one supreme being with higher power, intellect and skill.
and lets not forget vegeta was dead at the time so maybe it made him even stronger.

there are several reasons why characters work the way they do in super.
1. different times. dbz- early to mid 90s, dbs- 2016.
2. audience. dbs is going for the younger crowd.
3. japanese laws increased censorship in television.

4. personality of the characters.
vegito is not goku or vegeta. vegito is both. its a character with traits from both people.
and just like any normal being, the drastic increase in basically everything made him a bit of an a***.

3. japanese laws increased censorship in television.
This is the best answer to this question. Laws have changed since Dragon Ball Z was on the air, and what flew back in the 90s no longer is allowed now. Especially in the time slot that Super currently holds.

Dragon Ball Kai also suffered from the same problem. Alot of the more graphic scenes were changed to remove alot of the blood and meet the standards of the law.
