Considering that androids 17 and 18 used to be average humans, the power boost they received was literally massive. I have the androids increasing anywhere from 67,100,000-76,100,000x their average power levels, which is one hell of a boost. If Dr Gero were to hypothetically turn Goku and Vegeta into androids during the android saga, they would be literally unstoppable in the Z universe, I have no clue about Super because I haven't watched it yet.

The twins were probably below Mr Satan and Videl before the cybernetics were implanted. Altogether that's an increase of power stretching into the hundreds of millions. Of course I don't believe the cyborgs had their natural organic power increased. It was the generators in their bodies that made them so powerful. So Goku and Vegeta having cybernetic implants put into their bodies wouldn't provide too much except maybe raise them up to #17 and #18's level which is a decent increase but not too massive. I don't even know how their transformations would interact with the generator. They're technically two different sources of raw power. It would probably be like switching between them both at certain intervals. The Saiyans might use the generators for strength purposes early on in the arc but once having entered into the RoSaT they're rendered useless except for the still very tangible benefit of keeping their stamina supply infinitely recharged. Goku in the Buu arc likely wouldn't need the Spirit Bomb to win. He could continue fighting Kid Buu indefinitely until finally overcoming his opponent with a large enough Kamehameha or another blast of some sort. |

So in other words it would be a massive benefit not so much with power but stamina. so he would theoretically be able to stay in ssj3 if he wanted to. |

Exactly. The drawbacks of SSJ3 are rendered obsolete with infinite stamina. It also takes away one of Buu's biggest advantages. |
