how strong is king cold 100% ?

That would include Cold. Not to mention given how ruthless Frieza is, he would've taken out his old man a long time ago and have the galaxy all to himself.

Your son, whom is stronger than your current form just got lolstomped by this Super Saiyan thing. Instead of powering up (which he had plenty of time to do), you apparently thinks your best bet is using a sword.

Instead, he gives us a situation where Freeza proclaims to be the strongest in the Universe and Cold just stands there, iirc.
