Basically the Saiyans switching their god ki on and off. With god ki on, they're Vegetto tier at the very least. With it off, they're not much stronger than they were during the Boo saga. It's pretty contrived IMHO, but the writing for Super has forced people to think of these things to make any iota of sense when it comes to power comparisons. Thanks. I see... That is a little much. Maybe base Goku and Vegeta aren't as strong as we thought?

Maybe base Goku and Vegeta aren't as strong as we thought? But then first form Frieza was stated to be a foe they couldn't beat and they had access to ssj Gohan, ssj3 Gotenks and Mr Buu. Then Gou comes along and base Goku > final form Frieza. Then you have base copy Vegeta taking on ssj3 Gotenks without breaking a sweat and Cabba can match base Vegeta. Ludicrous for a green saiyan like Cabba to be as strong as base Buu saga Vegeta, let alone this.
