I asked because Raging Blast 2 his voice sounds so cool and I think he should do Black Goku. Or will Mr.Sean do the honors?

I've already been thinking the same exact thing. He does a great job voicing evil characters like Turles, Greed, and Creed.

Opera Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	If Sean voices him, I'd like an approach similar to Nozawa where he's calmer and more reserved instead of say just using his SS3/Blue voice or a more cackling version of Goku.

Schemmel has always wanted to voice darker characters by his own admission, and this is a genuine evil Goku, as opposed to a doppelganger-esque concept like Tullece.
