Lots of theories have erupted online and lots of theories about his origins and role. a couple of theories I have stumbled upon include. 1) Zamasu's role is similiar to the supreme Kai's role in the majin Buu saga 2) Zamasu is the first Makaioshin to be revealed, or a fallen Kai who was punished for something 3) Zamasu IS Black Goku himself or directly responsible for Black Goku's birth 4) Zamasu is one of the Kais of the universes destroyed by Zeno the Omni King so he seeks revenge 5) Zamasu is the supreme Kai of time. Well based on the theories I would really like Zamasu to be a Makaioshin or a villain, I mean I dont want him to have the same role the Supreme KAi had in the Buu saga because at the Buu saga the Z fighter roster was slim, right now there roster is huge, you have Goku and Vegeta who are Gods, they have allies all over the universe and are in good terms with Beerus and Whis, in addition to having Vados and Champa from universe 6. Hit and Kabbe if they are needed and all the Kais and Supreme Kais and Zeno himself, so adding Zamasu to the allies list would make him overstacked and useless really. so I would really hope for him to be evil, because you dont have many guys on the Dark side while the good side is filled with gods and celestial level beings, In addition to all that, Black Goku doesnt seem that strong at all personally I would rank him At Super Buu level at MOST which is nothing compared to the current Z fighter roster.. SO what are your thoughts ? Is Zamasu a friend or Foe ? How is he linked with Black Goku ? and what will be his role in the upcoming saga ?.
