The Anime's Position on Pure Boo

FYI, Buu NEVER sensed Goku until he's revived and appears back on Earth.

He’s shrunk down quite a bit!” Goku: “We did it! This way, we might be able to manage something.” Note: "He’s shrunk" is chidzimu, which typically refers to physical shrinking (like with Bulma's Micro Band) and throughout DB is never used to refer to ki diminishing. So Vegeta's probably talking about how Boo’s body has shrunk. That doesn't mean Boo's ki didn't go down too, but it's not what Vegeta's talking about here. Notice how different Goku's reaction is here. He's not stupid enough to think that Boo being smaller is going to provide any real advantage to him, so for him to go from stuttering and shouting about Ultra Boo's Ki rising to being confident against Pure Boo tells me all I need to know. If SSJ3 Goku ~ Pure Boo > Ultra Boo, why was Goku so antsy about it?

The clip was posted here for everyone to see: Buu powers up and transforms Goku and Vegeta get worried Buu shrinks down Goku and Vegeta comment that he's smaller, so they can manage something Kaioshin states that this is actually WORSE, and goes on about how WHY it's worse: 1. Buu is more powerful 2. Buu is more evil Buu proves this by making a blast that can't be stopped And by destroying the world without mercy. This is present in BOTH the anime and manga.

You can say ''Bootenks and Boohan weren't forms!'' all you like, but why would Goku be thinking in those terms? Also, in regards to Ultra Boo, how does that make any sense? Pure Boo is stronger than Ultra Boo, but Goku's happy that they might be able to manage something against the former? What, does Ultra Boo's build make him really difficult to kill or something?
