Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Man-Wolf is a self-described master of Kenpo. I suspect he's better trained than whatever Mr Satan was able to instill into his daughter. Plus, there's the added element of Man-Wolf having inhuman animalistic strength. The only advantage Videl has is Bukujutsu, but that's only going to be useful for defence and the longer she's up in the air, the more drained her reserves of Ki become.

Considering the highest real rank is a 10 dan, that would put Man Wolf far above even real life human experts. Videl is still within human limits, other than the flying. Man Wolf may have been easily humiliated by Jackie Chun but he was still able to make it to the finals and every person who has made it to the finals in the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd tournaments are all stronger than Videl and Hercule. Man Wolf wins with little to no difficulty.

While Man-work was embarrassingly far below Jackie Chun's level... he was noted by Chun himself for his reliance and was a finalist of the real Tenkaichi Budokai (back when Muten Roshi doubted Goku and Krillin would make it in). He's blatantly superhuman by our standards while Videl is peak-human/meta-human at best.
