At ssj3, somewhere between ssj2 Goku/Vegeta and Fat Buu. I highly doubt he has either at this point. Toriyama has expressed his opinion about the ssj levels.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	He has likely became a lot stronger, since he is a half breed and likely kept training. If I have to bet, I'd say his SSJ equals at least Fat Buu.
