 He should get wrecked using the standard multipliers. With one arm he was only a fair amount past 50% #17 (I usually put him at 60% of the guy). With both arms, he got ruined to the point he lost a freaking arm, making him way below half of #17's power to me.

#17 >>> SS Trunks >= SS Gohan (1 arm) > #17 (50%) >>> SS Gohan (2 arms)
