Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	A rather uneventful episode TBH, complete with plot holes and everything. Ok, there's only one plot hole, but still. I guess Goku can lock onto Super Saiyan Trunks with his Shunkan Ido, but apparently he can't sense Freeza for some reason. Anyway, Trunks attacks Goku at the end of the episode, which only makes Goku-Black more mysterious, as you'd think Trunks would recognize the difference between the 2. In the next episode preview, Goku-Black manages to travel to the past, using some weird ring from the looks of things, so that's weird. EDIT: No, wait, there might be multiple plot holes, Beerus and Whis appear to get to Earth shortly after Goku and Vegeta arrive, even though it should take Beerus and Whis 23 minutes to get there. He appears to be keeping up with Super Saiyan Goku in the NEP. Assuming he is that strong, damn, what kind of training did he do? It's all those Zenkais from Black Goku kicking his a***, man. In all seriousness, I hope he went into the RoSaT of his time or something. It's nice to see a hybrid who's been consistently strong.

I wonder if we'll get a repeat of the sword blocking scene. The clip of them side by side as Super Saiyans gives me the impression from their initial meeting.

Trunks is probably my favourite character in the series (well, maybe tied with Gohan), so it's nice to see him back and not totally butchered at the moment. What do you think's gonna happen to him after this? Are they going to use the Super Dragon Balls in their timeline or his timeline to undo all the damage that Black Goku and possibly the Androids have done? Or is Trunks gonna stay in the present and become a series regular?

Posts: 3,709 Group: Member Member #11,519 Joined: July 15, 2014	If Trunks managed to get as strong as the gods training alone in the future it'd undermine all of Z's struggles for power even further but it wouldn't surprise me and I guess it's be cool to see a hybrid at that level. Strange though that he never got ssj2 but his ssj is that strong. Maybe Bulma whipped up some super saiyan steroids with delicious sciency magic. Or maybe Goku is just relaxed and holding back. I think maybe Black is still discovering his power, or it's still growing. Trunks implied Black couldn't sense energy until recently.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	I'm legitimately surprised that the encounter with the sinister doppelganger of Goku's left a genuine scar in Trunks's psyche - enough to compel him to attack regular Goku because of a subconscious link made between them. That's a lot more psychologically complicated than I believed Dragon Ball or Toriyama to be capable of executing. The episode wasn't bad, but I'm part of the group who agrees that the lighter portions involving Pilaf stick out like a sore thumb relative to the new doom & gloom atmosphere of this arc.

Y'see, when Pan was born, Gohan's Ultimate form leaked out across space and time to those closest to him like Pan, Piccolo, Tagoma, Freeza and Trunks! Thus explaining why they all suddenly have such massive strength gains. Except Vegeta, he gets massively stronger because f*** you, he's Vegeta.

Liking the vibes and the black vs trunks fight was really good. Art is lacking when the zoom out but the rest is ok Obvious retcon with trunks's hair I think Hearing black goku's evil laugh...that was cool. Man I never thought I'd see the day trunks is seeing future trunks. I'm really liking black. Seems like he's going to be an awesome villain I love his design and black/purple energy
