Shopping: Need a 1080P Computer Monitor for my PS4

So the 8 year old HD TV I've used since back when I first used my PS3 finally gave out today, it was a good run but it had its fair slew of problems. Back when I used to be really into twitch shooters I realized there was an insane amount of input lag on it to where I could visibly feel the difference between it and a standard SD TV.

So what I'm looking for is basically the bare necessity to play my PS4 on. Something that is 60 hertz and outputs at 1080P, obviously it needs to have an HDMI input so that I can actually see what I'm doing. Audio isn't really all that necessary since I'm cool with just changing the settings on the PS4 to output all audio to headphones and playing that way.

Something within the range of $90-$120.

How big does it need to be?

I recommend Samsungs. You don't need anything amazing since obviously consoles don't exceed 60hz.

But if you want an affordable and reliable brand then Samsung is the way to go for monitors in my opinion.

Honestly, I'll be setting up the monitor at my computer desk. The laptop I've been using only has like a 14 1/4x9 1/4 inch screen and I find that usable. So the size can be the smallest it can go.
