The entire Boo-arc is one big game to him; hell he probably released Boo on purpose to see how his puppets handled the situation. Only when his creations fail does he resort back to divine intervention.

If you can't see that, there's no reason to continue this debate. In that case you are 100% wrong every time. Additionally, anything contradicting Toriyama says after the manga is contradicted by the manga. If Toriyama says Pure Boo was the strongest Boo, he contradicts the manga and makes it invalid. It is. I'm not 100% sure which interview that is, so I'd have to look up the context, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're both canon (Toriyama probably doesn't even care about canon). Toriyama only cares that his fans are getting entertainment. Dragon Ball isn't just manga power level debates, it's the franchise as a whole. The anime might not be canon in the sense we use it for debates, but it's still a very real and official part of Dragon Ball. It is 100% impossible for the anime and manga to exist together as one canon because of the differences between the two. Even minor things such as whether Vegeta was in base or Super Saiyan when he fired his blast at Cell. It is impossible for both of them to be canon at the same time.
