Who will win the fight in the end? Fight to the death. I'm assuming you mean Buu saga Vegito and Shadow Dragon saga Gogeta? They get merked badly, Gogeta having excess to Super Saiyan Blue (with current saga), he'd be able to stomp Beerus, Champa and potentially even Whis with ease. Those three alone will crush the union you have titled.

He may be able to defeat Whis, or possible even the attendants of the Omni-King. How in the world does a Gogito without God ki stand a chance?
