Does he get access to the power Goku has as a Super Saiyan 4, or is it only Goku's base power? If it's the former, Baby gets overwhelmed due to Cell's knowledge and skill combined with Goku's power. If it's the latter scenario, Cell doesn't stand a ghost of a chance.
