Copy Vegeta beating up SSJ3 Gotenks doesn't exactly provide a concrete estimate in and of itself, but the ambiguity is only compounded by the fact that Goku and Vegeta seem to power up before they fight, so Copy Vegeta might have only used a fraction of his power to defeat SSJ3 Gotenks. All we can really say is that base Vegeta, and by extension Goku, are capable of defeating SSJ3 Gotenks without much effort. Although, some have chosen to write that off as filler, which I don't understand. The only reason we disregard filler is because it doesn't appear in the source material.
