Especially since Germany, France and England managed to disappoint me again. We'll see if Spain can do something good this evening.

They might not play fantastic every single moment, but they are still getting results. The fact that you point out Italy as impressive baffles me based on your opinion on France, considering they have been playing very similarily and gotten results. I think Albania has played incredible given they are on paper one of the weakest teams in the tournament, and Romania played well against France too. Italy has beaten two weak teams in Belgium and Sweden. Those two teams have so much more potential than they are showing.

The overall team performance has been very good despite lacking ideas when they reach the final third.

Defense and midfield, you already knew were going to be rocksolid, but if Nolito and Morata can play like that consistently, Spain is going to run away with this tournament. Iniesta bossed the midfield like it was 2012, Fabregas unlocking opposing defenses, Morata and Nolito putting away chances. Ramos, Pique, Juanfran, and Jordi Alba have been so strong, De Gea hasn't had to do a damn thing. It's like he's already on vacation considering his workload at Manchester United. I feel like I need to mention how good Iniesta was. That dude is seriously magical with the ball at his feet. He's not the strongest or quickest, but he never gets dispossessed, picks out a killer pass, and sets the tempo for the match better than any midfielder I've ever seen. Juventus can have their Pogba, Real Madrid can have their Modric. I'll take Iniesta over any midfielder still.

Google Chrome	The best teams in the tournament are definitely Germany and Spain but I have been very impressed by Italy. I'm loving their defending. Also been very impressed by Croatia. Modric, Rakitic and Perisic are great players and Corluka has looked really good too.

Turkey just needs to beat Czech and Ireland and Sweden need to stay below 3 points.
