Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Well this is my first question, what Gisaku did at the end, did he break through Gorkan's telekinetic grip or did Gorkan simply stop using it? From what I can tell Gisaku straight up pushed through it?

No, Gorkan was pushing him as hard as he could, Gisaku couldn't budge and was using his own telekinetic powers in some kind of strength struggle, so Gorkan decided to snap Gisaku's neck. That didn't work, as Gisaku was able to put it back together after smacking Gorkan across the landscape with his tail. After eating more pieces of a seemingly worthless extradimensional mystical key(which Gorkan was trying to use, to no avail), he was able to take down Gorkan fairly easily with an energy breath attack, after destroying all of this rubble Gorkan threw at him.

Gisaku near the end of the movie is considerably more powerful than he was at the beginning, but still just as dangerous and more savage than Gorkan himself.

From what I can tell then, it seems you can't just push through it via strength then, and if that's the case Pyrrha's at best left with throwing her spear, shield or firing her rifle unless there's a crap ton of metal nearby, even then she's kind of a discount magneto compared to someone with general telekinesis. If Pyrrha can't break through, the arena they're fighting in is gonna be very important.

A big problem I'm seeing is that Gorkan seems to skip immediately to breaking people's necks with telekinesis. I suppose if she's fast enough she could get in and do damage but again, that speed won't matter if she gets grabbed.

Pyrrha seems fast enough to dodge most of Gorkan's attacks. If she moves faster than characters who can dodge machinegun fire, then she's definetely faster than Yohei or Linceto, the guys that fought against Gorkan.

Gorkan is a very straight-to-the-kill kinda villain, yes, but it seems like he can sometimes get very cocky. None of his enemies were strong enough to take him down until Gisaku became more powerful than he could've imagined. He was toying with them because... *add reason here*

Pyrrha's weapons are going to help her a lot. Gorkan's skin is bulletproof but I'm pretty sure Pyrrha is more than strong enough to penetrate it.
