I'd see him at best defeating Fat buu.could probably beat Kid buu too.

Cell and Frieza were both left to deal with Goku while Rlido, who has a greater battle power then even Buu, is on earth to distract. Cell is far more powerful then possibly all of Buu saga barring Vegito.

If you're one that believes GT follows the anime, they watched Goku and Pure Boo fight, and that would be their reference point.

Cell admired Goku more than anything, while he went bats*** crazy against Gohan and got killed by the guy. If anything, he should've been the one going to Earth to kill Gohan while Rild stayed in Hell with Freeza.

Unless I missed statements or something in GT files there was nothing I saw in GT that would suggest he became levels and levels above what he was. I'm no master on GT so I could've missed something. In my current opinion I'd say he's about twice as strong as he was on Earth.

If you're one that believes GT follows the anime, they watched Goku and Pure Boo fight, and that would be their reference point. I remember their purpose was to stall Goku and keep him in hell forever. Goku at this point was so powerful no one could kill him. And who do you think is the best suited ? his two worst enemies ? the ones that knew Goku best ? the ones that are immortal ? by this logic GT Frieza would be stronger than all the buus, which honestly makes no sense. I could agree on Cell beating Kid buu, but he stands no chance against Super buu. Super Buu's like, 400x stronger than kid buu. Also, I keep wondering what makes Rildo stronger than Buuhan. I personally have him around Kid Buu's level. All goku says about him is that he's "stronger than buu."
