You know, at the end of the day its just a cartoon based on a Japanese comic book. To make it worst, it was a filler fight. But lets discuss it anyway shall we? I really doubt Boohan was not going all-out. He was threatening to blast goddamn planet & was screaming/powering up like for 10 minutes throughout Base Vegito/Boohan fight Both exchanged punches & attacks with wild aggression (with Boohan going as far as using using many chi blasts which logically should've destroyed Earth without a trace considering the power gap) It definetly looks like all-out My 2 cents
