I ♥ Yoeri Posts: 20,075 Group: Legend Member #8,985 Joined: February 7, 2013 Country Japan	Let's look at this. 18 has infinite stamina, the ability to fly at high speed and can use energy attacks. However, of these 3 ladies she has the least martial arts training, at least prior meeting the Zet-Senshi. Chi-Chi is the best at martial arts hands down, she can assess a martia artist and deduce their weaknesses (probably). However, she can not fly. This is a huge disadvantage. Videl is an accomplished martial artist herself and she can fly, albeit not so well. I think due to Chi-Chi's ability to predict her opponent's moves, I think she could take down Videl even if she used her ability to fly. Videl needs to attack to win, that's Chi-Chi's window. However, 18 is cunning enough to wear out Chi-Chi to get the finishing blow, even though she comes off as brash and impatient. So 18 takes this because of her infinite stamina and because she can use ki.
