Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	They'd destroy Broly, fusion brought Goten and Trunks who are Lazuli's level, to around Super Saiyan 2 Majin Vegeta level, maybe even stronger. The Trunks and Vegeta, are stronger then Semi-Cell (suppressed) as Super Saiyans so that's a pretty significant gap. Using 10x multiplier for Super Saiyan, Piccolo post Kami union is described as extraordinary to Vegeta while weighted, Lapis is about even with full powered Piccolo, Cell in his imperfect state after absorbing thousands, beats down both of them, 16 matches him, Cell becomes Semi-Cell and is thought as unstoppable at that point. C'mon that gotta be at the very least a 10x gap, Vegeta post gotta fit within that threshold in base. Broly is on Perfect Cell's level. Pretty sure a fusion of them can overcome that even in base.
