Nothin Favourite Manga Nothin	Except Round 2 & 3, Cell wins at every Round Reasons? Semi Perfect Cell is an arrogant blockhead who lets his emotions get the better of him. Meta Cooler's taunts & insults are all it takes for the frog-lipped Semi Cell lose his cool & get his a*** whopped Cell Jr is a kid. Even if it could utilize movesets as KHH, Solat Flare, Kienzan etc, Meta Cooler has Instant Tranmission. Not to mention Cooler's methodical approach to finding his foes weakspot, while Cell Jr is mostly "fight cuz its fun" type. Meta Cooler gets squashed in every other Round mercilessly

Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Meta Cooler can anticipate where a target can reentry after using a teleport technique (I believe he did so to Goku?). That alone gives him better reactions to at least Perfect Cell, who lost his upper body due to Goku using Instant Transmission despite him seeing it roughly 3 times before Goku actually fights him. I wanna say that Perfect Cell can perhaps wins due to having Frieza's genome like Cooler and having Piccolo's regeneration. Since Cooler is unable to gather strength from each one, I feel Perfect Cell and higher would win due to skill sets.
