Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Cooler wasn't established to be stronger than Freeza until he transformed so he loses the first one, quite handily too really. Once Cooler transforms, it's game over. Unless you're going to use a small SSJ amp, there is basically no way you can have Cooler losing. It was stated several times that Goku in his base form could defeat Freeza. Even if if you only inferred 50% Freeza, that's 20x stronger than Namek Goku was already. Goku and by virtue Cooler, just end up way too strong when you use SEG amps and take into consideration the statements in the movie. By this point, Cooler can get some ki absorbed and still remain in the game.

If you believe Cooler's "I understand how you could defeat Freeza", then Cooler's 4th form should be > 100% Freeza. Obviously there's fault to this logic, but it's not impossible. In which case Cooler can win all rounds.

In which case Cooler can win all rounds. Not necessarily. If we are referring to 100% Freeza, than Cooler can still be weaker than Freeza before Transforming, just not by a lot. The first time Cooler mentions Goku being able to defeat Freeza is when he practically one shots him at the river. His statement is more of a questionable "Could he have?" instead of "He definitely could..." It may be similar to the point where Zeta Gohan was slowly getting towards Fat Boo but wasn't there yet. In the same way Goku makes the questionable point if Gohan could defeat Boo, Cooler questions if Goku could have defeated Freeza. It's when their second confrontation happens that it becomes obvious to Cooler. This is where Goku seems to get an implied zenkai boost because where he got struck down by one attack and nearly killed, he's actually holding the edge over Cooler. Cooler gives Goku a little trouble with his blast but I'm not sure if Cooler lands a single in their little scuffle. meanwhile Cooler is holding on defensively for the most part. You can probably have it as: Goku (movie 5)~100% Freeza>~4th Form Cooler
