Goku seems to think Gohan has lost so much power while studying that he prefers Piccolo over him. I'll give this to Piccolo in all rounds.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Umm, Gohan beat an opponent Piccolo had trouble with in both the movie and the arc, and the OP specifies these are their RF incarnations, so I'm not sure why Super Saiyan Gohan would have any trouble dealing with Piccolo.

Piccolo never even fought him in the tv series Piccolo fought Tagoma, and got absolutely destroyed, and Gohan proceeds to one-shot him after turning into a Super Saiyan. The series is much more clear regarding Gohan's superiority over Piccolo. With the film, Gohan one-shots Shisami, whom Piccolo couldn't overpower, so once again, the outcome is clear.

Revival of Frieza? You FnF? Piccolo is a great fighter no doubt. He defeated max Frieza soldiers just like Gohan If fact I'd love to give Piccolo wins in every Round But wanna know what makes Gohan win in Round 3? Piccolo was even with Sisami who SSJ Gohan KO'ed with SINGLE punch Dats all. In short, Piccolo wins Round 1 & 2 Gohan wins Round 3
