Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	There's no way of quantifying how much weaker he'd get. He could be only .50x times weaker after 15 years or 100x weaker. It's up to the poster to determine who wins this essentially.

Even assuming he was slightly inferior to Gohan (given I have Gohan rivaling Boo Saga Goku who's noticeably weaker than Good Boo), the fact that he's a Boo would even the playing field no problem. Gohan would have to be completely bloodlusted out of his mind and beyond aggressive if he has any hopes to win this.
