Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Round 1: Full power Perfect Cell Vs initial Fat Buu @Dabura. Round 2: Super perfect Cell Vs initial Fat Buu @Dabura. Cell should be able to beat him in both rounds. He needed to power up to beat Dabura, and initially Ssj2 Gohan didn't consider him a threat.

If you think Gohan meant his absolute highest power (which I don't know why Vegeta'd laugh Boo off then), then Boo wins both rounds, I think.

He could inflict some minor damages, but Boo towers above him in terms of raw power, regeneration & infinite stamina. Not accounting Boo's child-like mindstate which is difficult for Cell to predict. SPC is no different. He'd put up a great fight. Even inflicting over 80% damage to Boo. But ultimately, I think Boo reigns supreme

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	I mean, SSj2 Majin Vegeta though Boo was a weak piece of trash and still thought so even after Boo powered up against Dabura. Though by this point he seems to realize the actual threat Majin Boo potentially poses. Considering Majin Vegeta, SSj2 Kid Gohan and Zenkai Perfect Cell are all in a similar ballpark, if Perfect Cell can't handle this fight, then by all means Zenkai Cell is going to annihilate Boo.
