7. SSJ Goku
8. Perfect Cell (vs Goku)

Needless to say everyone is their Cell Games versions, everyone is serious and willing to fight to the end.

 Run 1: Loses to SSJ Gohan, perhaps even Cell @ Goku.
Run 2: Loses to FP Cell.
Run 3: Possibly beats FP Cell, gets annihilated by SP Cell and SSJ2 Gohan.

 Round 1: Stomps at Vegeta. Vegeta made him transform in the film didn't he? If not stops at Goku.

Round 2: Stops at Goku. Instant Kamehameha kills him.

Round 3: Full Power Cell destroys.

 Run #1: Gets manhandled by Full Powered Perfect Cell. Can potentially lose to Super Saiyan Gohan.

Run #2: Once again gets manhandled by Full Powered Perfect Cell. Poses far more superiority to Gohan though at this point.

Run #3: Pretty much the same as above. He and his partner get stomped in the face by Cell but pose a much bigger threat to Gohan.

It's the same thing I'm going to say when it comes to Bojack. Gohan in the end was capable of trading blows with Super Bojack and while he was definitely put on the defensive, he was never getting beat down. This part only happened when the rest of the gang showed up, start trapping him in their telekinesis (which is stated to reduce ki) that Bojack began wailing on him.

Until that point, Gohan was doing surprisingly well and with perhaps potential Bojack's amplifiation (which I could just as easily question) I feel no reason to put Bojack too far ahead of Gohan, just enough to warrant his overall superiority. Something like Kaioken Goku vs Vegeta or perhaps Vegeta (Pre-Zenkai) vs Monster Zarbon at worst.
