Everyone-else is a-lot lower than Piccolo himself, so they all lose, I think.

Additionally, Emna took out Raditz with no trouble and Kami says Kaio-sama is even stronger. Weekly Jump has him at 3,500, I don't see that being contradicted. Piccolo is around that, so he could potentially take him out alone unless Kaio uses Kaioken (which he says he didn't master, so he probably wouldn't). Kaio loses with all of them going at it. With Emna I think it would be the same result. Piccolo around 3500, Krillin at over 2000, Yamcha and Tenshinhan around 1500-1800. I don't think Emna is over 3000.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Don't forget about the Kikoho. A potentially full strength Tien might be able to significantly damage King Kai with it. It could be enough to put him down to a more comparable level with Piccolo. By that point it's pretty much over since King Kai will have not just someone who is close to his power bearing down but also some heavy support members in Yamcha and Krillin harassing him - never mind Chiaotzu who still has the Dodonpa even if his telekinesis didn't work. Yajirobe probably wouldn't do much unless he was forced to. With Yemma there, I can see Piccolo having to pull away from the others to deal with him. I think they would be fairly close in power to one another with Piccolo having somewhat of an advantage. His giant form could come in handy here. In the meanwhile, Tien hammers away at King Kai with the Kikoho while Yamcha, Krillin, and Chiaotzu do their best to damage him as much as possible using their strongest blasts.

Piccolo said that Gohan's hidden power (2,800) surpasses his power level. As for the OP, King Kai wins.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Piece	Piccolo is roughly equal to King Kai, Yamcha Krillin and Tien can all beat Yemma, w/o Gohan unleashing his power. Yajirobe eats, Chiaotzu blows himself up for fun. Z fighters still destroy.
