Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Both characters have their strong points and weaknesses. Cooler seemed to be more level headed than his brother. Alternatively, Frost's cunning and experience on the battlefield should come into play here. In terms of Ki technique Cooler would have the edge since he's demonstrated more than Frost whom I believe has only ever used a variation of the Death Beam. I really can't tell for certain who would win. They both have traits that arguably balance each other out. If I had to guess, maybe Cooler in a scenario like the one from the 21st tournament where Jackie Chun edged out Goku thanks to his greater limb proportions and mass. This doesn't rule Frost out, however. If his poison needle is indeed hazardous to his own species then that could give him the opening needed to come out on top. Because if this was 1st Form Frost vs 5th Form Cooler, and their power levels were equally matched, what’s to stop Frost from transforming to his 3rd and 4th Form? 3rd/4th Form Frost would end up crushing 5th Form Cooler very badly in that scenario.

Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	I'd say the fact that it's equal power levels, transforming defeats the point of equal stats and equal power levels. Overall I kind of want to give it to Knock off Freeza for his poison, not to mention that he's either really bad against weak opponents or surprisingly good against stronger fighter. could go either way.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Cooler's endurance (and for that matter his entire race) can probably take on any poison without much worry. In fact Cooler's endurance may honestly be one of the best in the series, surpassed only by Yi Xing Long and even then I'm not sure. This is the guy who literally got blasted into the sun, was reduced to a head and brain matter and not only survived that, but somehow got himself out of the sun...as a head...and survived long enough to float around space and then get connected to the Big Ghette Star. This is an absurd amount of punishment for someone to take. Not to mention his own amplification is fairly good. Cooler couldn't even budge Goku with his punches or blasts yet his Supernova nearly put Goku into the Earth, a quickly charged one as well. I don't see Frost managing in this fight. Cooler may not have the pragmatism of Frost, but he's got overall intelligence, amplification and some sick endurance to really help him keep him in the fight. It doesn't help that Super got the short end of the stick when it comes to physical abilities while Cooler punched Goku so hard he ended splitting an entire lake like Moses.
