Bulma has always had blue hair in the anime, the one exception being in the Path to Power, which was a one-off thing that isn't really connected to the rest of the series. Japan often puts "black" in the names of characters who are evil knockoffs. For an example, Dark Pit from the Kid Icarus games is known as "Black Pit" in Japan. Keep in mind that "black" doesn't have any racial connotations in Japan. Black Goku will probably be renamed "Dark Goku" in America. Anyway, I don't like the idea of an evil knockoff of Goku at all; we already got that with Tullece in Tree Of Might. There's no originality here. Edited by Scotty_Rogers, May 10 2016, 01:19 AM.

Believe me, Goku at this point is an immoral monster who would gladly sell the lives of everyone around him if it meant having a good fight. But you know what would be hilarious. If so called Black Goku came off being as arrogant and shouted one liners and acted with an air of villainy, but was very moral and had a strict code of honor, coming off more as a noble demon. It would contrast hard with the Goku we have whose personality is supposed to be heroic, but whose actions are the essentially the opposite. But...my dream for actual characterization is only that...just a dream.

Goku getting an evil knockoff is stupid, but I wouldn't have all that much of a problem with it if the other Z Fighters got evil knockoffs as well. Maybe some villain could have just revived the Z Fighters in Future Trunks' timeline and turned them all evil. So we'd get Goku vs. Future Goku Gohan vs. Future Gohan Vegeta vs. Future Vegeta Piccolo vs. Future Piccolo Klilin vs. Future Klilin Yamcha vs. Future Yamcha Tenshinhan vs. Future Tenshinhan Chaozu vs. Future Chaozu Roshi vs. Future Roshi Gohan vs. Future Gohan would be interesting, since the two are so different to each other. Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	I think it's safe to say Super's rubbish whether or not this arc is good. 42 episodes in, and I'm still sitting here wondering when this series is supposed to get good.
