So, I was trying to download some Image's Ant comics when this got installed into my computer without my permission. I imagined it was some kind of "malicious" adware, so I obviously tried to find any way stop the ads from annoying me. And while I don't see the ads popping out anymore(Nevermind I DO now), the TrustedSurf homepage is still the main homepage every time I open Chrome. It's not troublesome, but kind of annoying, as the only thing it does is slow down everything.

I've tried everything to get rid of it, but even when I set the homepage to be Google, it's still directs me to TrustedSurf.

So... Any suggestions?

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

For future reference, you can get rid of adware manually using regedit as I'm sure that you probably already know. This is what I've done when it comes to getting rid of malicious software. @Darker

Nah, I used some anti-adware thingy. How stupid of me to not realize that the way to get rid of ads is to use anti-ad stuff.
