Summary: Coming Soon! That was an episode. Goku jumps out of the ring, giving Hitt the victory because Beerus won't lift the rules. Goku wants a real fight. Monaka jumps in the ring, punches Hitt, and Hitt pulls a No. 18 and goes flying, presumably out of respect for Universe 7. Champa threatens to kill his team mates, but then, the King of Everything shows up. The next episode preview also shows us the new Dragon, and he's big, gold, and generally looks hella cool.

Goku was in no state to use Kaioken x10 by that point. Alternatively, he's just shocked that people (other than Beerus) are standing up to him, he's probably used to making people cower before him. Didn't gee explicitly mention super saiyan as well as the time stop? Unless he was referring to Vegeta who needs ssjgssj to reach base Goku, I'd say he was saying that he could take both of them on. I don't think he would have simply shut up if it were like that then unless it made him nervous, which again contradicts what he does later in the episode.

Vegeta doesn't need to "reach" base Goku at all, he needs to reach SSjG Kaioken x10 Goku to elicit the same response from Champa since technically it wasn't Super Saiyan that made him flinch, it was Kaioken x10. Also Champa was talking specifically to his own team when he said "Time-leap, Super Saiyan, use whatever you want", he might have been talking about Cabba in regards to Super Saiyan.

It musky had to do with how they did against Hit. That is fair enough I suppose, he could be referring to Cabba, but it did feel to me like he was talking to Goku, but Cabba would make more sense.
