One of them is called "Professor Gohan" In all three, I think I created a channel for each of them. By doing so, does that mean I'll have the names I picked forever? And does that mean that no one can pick my names since my account and channels are said names I picked?

Some of the people I'm subscribed to have changed their names at least once. However, I'm sure there's a time restriction on that, like 60 days or something (similar to Facebook IINM). You know these people running around with names like "Roman Reigns Makin It Reign Up In Dis Bizotch" are not going to keep that crap the entire duration of their account.
