If you guys saw episode 39 of Dragon Ball Super, Goku incorporates his Kaioken technique with his Super Sayian blue form Multiplying all of the forms attributes (Speed and Power) 10x. Hit uses an improved version of his time leap (Which can now stop time for half a second) yet Goku was moving a abnormal speeds that he was still able to move even when Hit Stop time Meaning Goku Can move so fast that he can bypass the time barrier.

It's literally impossible to move in stopped time. You'd have to either use a technique that lets you stop time yourself or you'd be breaking the very concept of time itself, which makes no sense whatsoever.
Doesn't have to make sense though. Flash outpaced death, time, teleportation and according to you naruto outpaces teleportation too. But goku can't do it?
Flash uses the Speed Force. That allows him to do tons of crazy stuff. What is Goku using here to move while Hit is using his time leap or whatever? His God powers?

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

@nagito Idk man I think you're over thinking it. It was clearly the intention of the scene. Goku all but flat out said it and hit was like "wtf?" specifically at the fact that he moved and punched him mid time leap

@darker ki? God ki? What does naruto apparently use to do it? Chakra? They're boosted by spiritual power. Nothing they do always has to make sense

@goddess travel speed is still slower and goku can't breathe in space. So going to King Kai's planet for example would still require IT. But in a fight I'm not sure. As far as I can tell, if goku's using ssjb+KKx20 I don't see a need for it

It's unquantifiable. Either Goku's travelling at a speed that's still effected by Hit's Time Leap, or he's destabilising time itself (in which case there should be repercussions). Theoretically, even if a person travelled at a speed that's faster or equal to instant, they should still be stopped by Time Leap.

Well It was already revealed/Showned that Goku did it as Time Leap stops time for a bit yet Goku was still showned to move while the technique was still in motion (Which suprised the Hell out of Hit). You also have to remember that this is a cartoon, anything is possible Heck Flash has done something similar to this.

Why doesn't Goku move at first then? He's initially stopped by the Time Leap, right? How can he be stopped yet register what Hit's doing and actually begin to move within the stopped time?
Time Leap was still active tho, You can see Goku forcing his body to move in the Gif i posted so it could have been a paralysis effect of somekind but the fact of the matter is Goku Tagged Hit When Time Leap was Still in Motion which is also supported by Gokus statement. Hit was to shocked seeing him move in freezed time to be anything else than Goku breaking the Laws of Time.
So it was a power feat then? Either Goku wasn't charging Hit using his full speed (which makes no sense) or he wasn't charging Hit using his full strength (which makes no sense).
It dosent have to make sense since its a cartoon first of all as theres other characters in other media who have pulled feats very similar to this. Its a speed feat since Goku was already moving before the Time Froze. Gokus statement, Hit's Reaction and Him Moving in Timeleap shows that Goku broke the Time Barrier. He Point blank stated he was above his Time Leap now.
That's just a cop-out. It doesn't have to make sense, but that's just being unbelievably lazy. Either explain your feat or don't put in something ridiculously over-the-top in the first place.

How is it a speed feat? If he was moving fast enough to negate the Time Leap, why was he stopped in time at first?

Sonic has done some thing like that aswell. Goku was just flying towards hit with his SSB power being multiplied 10 fold,. I think its just him moving insanley fast now as reg. SSB had to rely on predictions to Tag Hit.

It could be that when Time stoped Goku's momentum started blowing up when he kept moving prior to when Hit Froze Time . Cause the whole point of time leap is to completley freeze time Yet Goku was showned to move and fight during when the technique was active which again suprised Hit.

Bluper Kaioken Goku hasn't surpassed Beers, not yet. And yet, Beers took quite some time to cross the universe. If they're really faster than time, then Beers should have not taken more than a few seconds to cross those distances.

The feat is contradictory even by itself.

Again the whole concept of moving threw frezed time dosent make sense, this is a cartoon and in this cartoon Goku taged Hit when He froze time. Goku shouldnt have been able to move at when Hit activated Time Leap but he did. This is supported by Hit's reaction and Goku's statement

Thats traveling Speed, Combat speed is a diffrent matter entirely as thats when the feat took place. During the burst, Goku's speed surpassed hit's Time Leap

I see Goku flying at Hit inside of the Kamehameha, certainly doesn't look like combat speed to me.

How is it a Cop Out. Goku Himself stated it, He was shown moving while time was still frozen. All your saying for this whole argument is that "It's impossible" When many characters in other media have done feats similar to this. Hit was also shocked that he was moving and point blank punched him when time was frozen.
Can you tell me why Goku was actually frozen at the start?
It could be that when Time stoped Goku's momentum started blowing up when he kept moving prior to when Hit Froze Time . Cause the whole point of time leap is to completley freeze time Yet Goku was showned to move and fight during when the technique was active which again suprised Hit.
Why would that take any time though? Surely if he was moving fast enough to break the Time Leap, he wouldn't have stopped at all. Instead he stops, loses all 'momentum' in the Time Leap and still manages to move fast enough to nullify it?
Again the whole concept of moving threw frezed time dosent make sense, this is a cartoon and in this cartoon Goku taged Hit when He froze time. Goku shouldnt have been able to move at when Hit activated Time Leap but he did. This is supported by Hit's reaction and Goku's statement
So it doesn't even make sense in and of itself then. It can't decide whether it wants Goku to move through the Time Leap or not, so it shows him getting frozen and moving in the same scene. That's just shoddy, honestly. If you're gonna have a ridiculous feat, at least go all the way with it and make it consistent with itself. This just seems to be a case of Super showing off without having any real substance at all.

''Look guys, look how fast Goku is!''

''But that doesn't make any sense.''

''...Look how fast Goku is!''

If he'd moved from the start and Hit's Time Leap didn't stop him at all, it'd make a little more sense. It wouldn't be logical in any way, don't get me wrong, but at least it'd be consistent.

Super being fiction doesn't excuse the poor writing, man. ''It's just a cartoon, things don't have to make sense'' is just giving them a free pass to focus solely on style over substance, and that just doesn't slide with me.

The fact of the matter is Goku was moving threw frozen time, Call it iffy but it happened (Which was something he couldnt do prior). Again it could just be the momentum build up like i said before. You cant exuse the fact that Goku Tagged Hit in Time Leap (A Technique which frezzes time)
