That is what i mean, they make the problem and solution. order out of chaos. if you wanted to take over some place you would stage some problem and then you would come in to save the day. then the locals see you as a hero. |

So what? The Americans and British are responsible for the Holocaust? Because I'm pretty sure the second world war wasn't caused by allied forces, but they sure solved it. Or what about natural disasters? Humans aren't causing those, but we aid the countries who suffer from them. You also failed to tell me what it has to do with this topic.
