Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

So this is apparently based on hype "the next Naruto" or at least the series people turned to when Naruto ended for their weekly fix.

Anime just came out recently, done by studio Bones, same guys who did Full Metal Alchemist AND Brotherhood.

So naturally, visually the anime is superb so far. OST seems decent too.

Otherwise it seems your typical Shounen, I doubt it's going to be stellar or anything but it seems worth watching as a battle shounen if nothing else.

The setting is somewhat similar to One Punch Man in that there are a lot of characters with powers and there's a hero system in place too. Very different plot wise of course, definite similarities to Naruto and well...most Shounen really.

8/10 on MAL if that really means anything.

Looking forward to watching the next 9 episodes and being forced to read the manga because the anime takes too long to get another season...

Not really feeling it so far. It's...all right. With the hero academy-esque thing going on, it does remind me of One Punch Man as you say, but the show seems to be lacking any of the things that made OPM great. None of the cool character designs, comedic timing, breathtaking fight choreography or animation etc. Early days though.

I tried to like it a lot of times. Think I read the first few chapters around 4 times trying to get into it. Not sure if I'm burnt out with shounen seeing how popular it is but I couldn't get into it.

It gets decent, story is better then characters which is funny. Characters are really hard to like they're so bland or boring for the most part. Premise is decent like I said.
