So this is a big 'ol triple threat of the hundreds tonners. Which of these three come out on top? Speed is equalized in this battle.

Super Dinosaur, Rick Taylor, Kai

Rick and Kai are way stronger than SD, they're at least 1000-tonners. Kai can just drain his chi or stab him with his blades, and Rick can suck his blood to get stronger, or go berserk on him. If SD tries to play smart and stays on the air where they won't catch him, then he could win by letting them get tired, and I can see Kai eventually winning the brawl between the two, though he'd be exhausted, and SD can finish him off with some missiles. Unfortunately that's not SD's way of fighting anyone. He throws a bunch of missiles and usually hopes his enemies are beaten or incapacitated by the missiles, and if not, he finishes them off in H2H.

Do reflexes and reaction speed count for general speed here? Because if they don't, SD's reflexes help him a lot here, he can dodge their attacks and take them on. Though for the record, SD doesn't do well against those who are physically stronger than him.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

I actually made the equivalent speed a thing since Rick Taylor is pretty slow compared to the two.

But does it affect their reflexes?

That's more like agility right?

Agility is also related to speed.

Yes yes, reflexes and movement speed are equalized. Finesse and limberness are not however.

When speeds are equalized, Kai's chain swords actually give him quite a lot of mobility in comparison to lots of characters, assuming there is stuff to climb

Then Kai takes this. It'll be hard, but he'll be the last one standing.
