I am so pumped for this new DLC. The building aspect is really what made me pick this game up day one, don't get me wrong I played F3 and FNV and both were amazing. But can you imagine if this next DLC would let us make our own vaults? Man that would be freaking awesome! |

Is it? Huh, that's odd I see way more people complaining that they don't like the building stuff. I like it myself, not the sort to make huge cool looking thing but I like running a massive empire of junk. And screws. So many screws. I'm hoping it adds some personality to the settlement stuff besides more buildings, such as Settlers stealing from each other, fighting, murdering each other etc etc Then there'd be a good reason to make criminals face the Deathclaw pit...gahahahah... But really though some more personality would be nice, it'd be unreasonable to have every Settler have their own story but each settlement should be more complex in how it operates. Also hope for more events to happen within them, maybe full on attacks against them by Raider and Gunner groups that can result in the death of settlers. Was thinking perhaps a trade system, deal goes sour then people hire Gunners to attack your people. That'd be cool instead of just random events. Anyway it should add a lot to the base of the game in any case, can't wait to make a fortress of doom... |

I think they might add more raids and stuff, cause some new items look like you could make an actual death maze. But I do like building, I have a giant green Lantern base at finch farm and currently working on a castle at Red rocket gas station, I think I've spent more time crafting and building then actually playing lol |

Yeah I think it's a pretty cool feature, it's awesome how it's optional too so if you love building it's there but if you don't you can just ignore it aside from a single quest and some of the repeatable ones. Hopefully they refine it a little, it's kind of annoying how walls and stuff auto-snap to other parts want to be able to place stuff freely. Well you can't on PS4 anyway maybe they've yet to arrange that fully. |
